I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (Miami, FL) in May 2013
Interview
They sat me in a room for a presentation of the company for the employees who would be selling Cutco Knives, even though I would be calling future employee candidates to schedule interviews. i had to participate in the interview for a job I was not applying for. They did group interviews of 2-3 people. Then I waited for the lead receptionist to interview me for the actual position, which took only 5 minutes. Then I got the job and was free to leave. The whole process took about 2 hours.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (Paramus, NJ) in May 2016
Interview
Over the phone, they're going to make it seem like you NEED to come in asap or else they'll fill the positions. In reality, they'll pretty much take anyone. the only people I've seen them turn away are people who don't appear to be from middle class / well-to-do families (they want people who's families will buy their products)
