      Interview

Interview Review for Vee Healthtek – Medical Billing AR Caller (Fresher, Walk-in) Interview Experience: I attended a walk-in interview for the AR Caller role at Vee Healthtek. There were 300+ candidates. The process started late (around 11 AM though we were asked to come earlier). Company Policies Shared Before the Interview: Night shift for US clients. Salary: ₹15,000 + ₹1,000 night allowance. Free cab within 20 km (candidates living beyond this radius not eligible). One month training. If cleared successfully → ₹10,000 incentive. If not → rejection with no job/incentive. Work involves both inbound and outbound calling. We were given only 2 minutes to decide if we wanted to proceed, which felt very rushed. Rounds: Group Discussion (GD): Topic was Gender Equality. Preparation time: 5 minutes. The GD was not really interactive - everyone just gave opinions one by one, without debate. Many confused gender equality with only women empowerment. I tried to cover equality in family, education, economics, and opportunities. Another candidate made a strong point about including transgender people, but he wasn’t selected despite fluency. Meanwhile, others with irrelevant or weak points (like pre-independence struggles) got selected. HR Round: Mostly based on fluency and availability for night shifts. Selection Pattern I Observed: Out of ~40 candidates in my batch, only 5 were selected (4 girls, 1 boy). Strong English fluency seemed to matter more than quality of points. Candidates connected with Sona College (linked to Vee Technologies) and those familiar with HRs appeared to get preference. Across batches, girls were selected more often, sometimes without strong content. Pros: Salary package decent for freshers. Night allowance + cab facility. Cons: Biased/unfair selection process. GD not conducted properly (more like individual speeches). Training period risky if not cleared, no job and no incentive. Lack of transparency and professionalism. Overall Impression: The process felt pre-decided and biased, with limited focus on real skills like reasoning, debating, and analytical ability. Candidates should be aware that performance may not be the only factor in selection.
