The human resources manager was pleasant and professional. She really seemed interested in what I wanted/needed, and was willing to listen. She was very specific about what they were looking for in an employee, and the whole process went smoothly.

good. it was internally oriented and so good that the company hires its own staff. i like that rather than always bringing in new staff. i don't like that i have to put 30 words here though.
