I applied online. I interviewed at VendorPanel in Jun 2025
Interview
It was like a regular catch-up meeting. Understanding the role and business. What is expected? Knowing and discussing my experience.
It was all easy.
Then I was moved to the 2nd stage of communication and presentation.
I was told the same day that the interviewer was sick and would conduct it the following week. It never happened, and I got an email saying they have already hired.
I found it very unprofessional and a waste of time and energy. Moreover, I wasted my leave for the day.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How will I be able to juggle between different projects and tasks?
It was a fairly long interview process which included 3 separate interviews (vetting, manager, then HR culture check) and an online assessment - 6 questions in 7 minutes which was a strangely short timeframe given there was no explanation of what type of questions were going to be asked.
Multiple stages with no transparency: start with a recorded one way interview with no information on following stages. Explicitly told that you will only be updated on your application if you are successful. No outline of how long the evaluation time is between each step, or how many people have applied. Applications require a salary commitment from the applicant up front.
