Initial interview with recruiter and then back-to-back video call with Director, Principal, and 2 peers. The interview consisted of behavioral and coding and system assessment. The director performed the coding assessment and the principal performed the system design. I knew after interviewing with the director that I did not get the position of his facial expression. He looked like he did not want to interview me and wanted to get rid of me asap. I asked him for a feedback but gave the generic answer, "we are not allowed to give feedbacks"
