The hiring process was longer than it should have been. My manager had no prior wireless experience so she kinda finessed her way through it. I had one interview with the assistant manager, who also had no experience. a week later I had an interview with the manager. The process took 3-4 weeks.

Interview
Two interviews, first one was thorough and was hired on second interview. Interviewers were graceful when it came to overcoming experiences, such as difficult work environments so they more than appreciate honesty.
