Induction process was fun and enjoyable..very friendly people...made me feel part of the team straight away. Can't wait to get started. Chloe and Paul were knowledgeable. I also felt that the interview process was very relaxed and not pressured at all

Standard experience based and get to know you questions
Simulación de un asesoramiento telefónico, simulando una llamada real entre el cliente y el teleoperador. Después de ello, recibía feedback y lo repetía pero en inglés, haciéndome además preguntas adicionales en inglés.
Foi calmo e tranquilo me senti confortável , a empresa e muito segura e gostei dos benefícios, pra primeira experiência com entrevista achei bem tranquilo espero conseguir essa vaga na verisure

Primero te hacen llamada telefónica en la que entiendo que se hace una pequeña criba, la segunda fase es una entrevista grupal con bastantes personas, y por último te hacen una llamada final indicando si has sido seleccionado.
