5 rounds: Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Panel interview, phone interview with member of ELT, in person final round with hiring manager. Overall, very smooth process. Recruiter was awesome all throughout and he helped me navigate the process.

I applied online and had a 30-minute introductory interview with a recruiter, followed by 30-minute interviews with the hiring manager and another sales leader shortly after. Everything moved quickly and seemed well-organized at first. For the fourth round, I was asked to prepare a presentation outlining my top channel partner target in the region. The presentation was scheduled for a little over a week later due to scheduling conflicts with the hiring manager and other sales leaders. Less than 24 hours before the presentation, my recruiter called to inform me that the team had decided to move forward with an internal candidate and that my presentation was canceled. I found this extremely unprofessional, especially considering the amount of time and effort I had invested preparing for the presentation. It would have been more considerate to communicate this decision earlier.
