Interview
It was quick and definitive. I was able to meet the CEO, Darius and he asked me about my history and what kind of businesses I worked for in the past. Also, had brief discussion how he started the business and what helped him form what is now a very decent sized company.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at VersaSuite (Austin, TX) in Sep 2012
Interview
Very brief semi-technical interview with non-technical head of HR (primary purpose was to make sure I didn't lie about credentials, like knowing the difference between a spreadsheet and a DB) followed by an in person interview with department head, head of HR and Team lead, again less technically inclined than you would expect, minor programming experience was looked for. Finally there was a brief interview with the owner/CEO who spoke quickly and seemingly without plan, little could be learned, some questions borderline inappropriate, claimed they would conduct background check
