There were 2 interviews even though 1 should be more than enough. Applied online though the internal website. An interview was then scheduled since they interview anyone who's applied internally. You are then interviewed by two of the team leads. If they like you, a second interview will be scheduled. Then comes the 2 months of waiting for approval for hire. They will tell each person who interviewed one on one if they got it or not and why.
