I interviewed with the Enterprise Director, Sebastian. He came across as open and approachable, though my initial impression was only moderate. The questions were fairly general rather than highly technical, which I later understood was likely because he isn’t design-trained.
After working with him for over a year, I can confidently say he has been an excellent director and a supportive leader. It was a good reminder that first impressions matter, but they don’t always reflect the full picture.
