3 parts. 1st call was 30 minutes with one of the Co-Founders, then I was sent a take home assignment. Next and final call was about 1.5 hours with all three Co-Founders. Was more of a good conversation rather than a structured/formal interview. I was able to talk about a lot about what I've learned at my previous roles and what suggestions I can bring to the table.
