The process involved 3 rounds and an case study. I was told to wait at least a month for an update. After waiting 35 days, I followed up, only to receive a generic rejection within 5 minutes. This immediate dismissal after weeks of silence is demeaning and shows a total lack of professional respect for candidates.

The interview was quite casual and one-on-one. We took turns asking and answering questions, so it felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. The interviewer was very kind and made me feel comfortable throughout.
