Question 1
Basic and easy cases - generally around frameworks on TAAS.
Had a call with a recruiter, then a first call with employee. Interviewer was very obviously not interested in being there and also did not seem to know the role I was being interviewed for.

Question 1
What are some risks to Via's operations in a metro area
First interview was with a member of the team. They asked some case study questions but the interview was pretty conversational. The second interview was with a member of talent acquisition, which was atypical. That interview was behavioral, with little background given on the team. It didn't really feel like an HR phone screen. They did not seem very clear on the requirements for the role or scope. They mentioned that the overall process would entail roughly 7 more interviews including one with the COO, which seems a bit excessive for the level of the role.
