You might be called 2-3 times, that too on different dates before finalising everything. 1. HR round/Manager Round- Any senior member of the existing team takes your interview, trying to evaluate your skills. 2. Director round- Director tries to find out more out of you by asking you questions about your previous work. 3. Admin round- The senior most person of the firm takes your interview and finalises your salary.
