The interview was a fairly long process that consisted of multiple HR interviews (follow-ups), an interview with Salesforce Professional Services leadership (Manager/Director), consulting practical interview, and technical practical interview. I was recruited from LinkedIn and had a really great experience with the Talent Acquisition Partner, Maria, from the start. She was very accommodating and personal and you could tell she cares about her candidates. Talking to Dan and Mark, leaders in the Salesforce Professional Services department, solidified my interest in working for IC. Everyone I spoke to throughout the process was genuine and helpful. The consulting practical consisted of a scenario in which you had to gather requirements and suggest a Salesforce solution. The technical practical consisted of a scenario in which you received requirements and had to build a solution in Salesforce live during the interview. Both practical interviews were rigorous, but a welcome challenge because it allowed me to showcase my skills rather than just talking about them. All in all, it was a terrific interview process and I could tell that they practice what they preach in terms of caring about their talent.

Overall poor candidate experience. Open position described in the ad was not a role they were trying to fill. There was no conversation about advertised role until the end. Very unusual.
