I applied online. I interviewed at Vida Health in Apr 2020
Interview
From the start I could tell the company culture was not good. The recruiter sadly seemed so overworked and drained that she was not even intrigued in my interview with her. She raised many red flags as she explained the job and how it would work. Expecting people to be available 7 days a week is not going to last long, and is a killer of culture...I am interested to see how long this, as I feel from experience it will destroy the company.
