There was a four-stage process. In the first stage, a phone call was conducted to learn about my expectations for the position, as well as my salary expectations. In the second interview, once the manager approved your CV, an online meeting took place where the questions were slightly more technical, along with questions aimed at getting to know you better. The third interview was an in-person meeting at the factory — again focused on getting to know you more, held in a conversational atmosphere — followed by a tour of the factory. In the fourth and final interview, the HR manager specifically wanted to meet with you one last time, with the goal of understanding whether you would truly work at this company and whether you could adapt to the culture. Following that, if both parties find it suitable, an offer is extended to you.
