Standard - phone screen, interview with hiring manager, Profiles XT assessment, 2nd interview with CEO, 2VPs, and 2 HR team members. Got a call a little over a week later with results (no offer).
My impression is that this is a successful, yet very traditional organization that isn't very open to new/different ways of thinking. Lots of leaders have been there a long time, which lends itself to myopic paradigms and a hierarchical leadership style. I was told I have a strong personality and high energy (true), but this wasn't a good cultural fit.
