Village Learning Place interview questions

I came in for an in-person interview. I interviewed with the ED and a person that the open position would supervise. The interview was pretty typical nothing too out of the ordinary. They also had a written portion where they asked me to complete some grant reports and a proposal for a project. I tend to dislike these kinds of "tests" because I have valuable skills and I do freelance on the side, so it kind of gets under my skin when I'm asked to invest a good amount of time in something I would otherwise be paid to do. I didn't really get a great impression, so I decided not to pursue the position, although I believe finalists also interviewed with the board chair.
