Interview
Initial communication was good. Campus interview was pleasant with some faculty members and unpleasant, almost aggressive, with others.
It does not matter if a department wants to hire you. Unlike most universities, the final decision is up to the dean and the department has to accept that decision.

A nightmare, the search committee obviously were forced to bring me in and literally paid no attention to me during the entire process. They barely spoke to me at a faculty dinner and were on their laptops the majority of my visit. At the end they said "hey can we just call you an uber to the airport?" Awful humans
