I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vineyard Vines (Greenwich, CT) in Aug 2022
Interview
It was super chill. They ask you a bunch of questions about yourself and why you want to work there. Make sure you also do research on the company. They ask a bunch of customer service and scenario based questions.
Easy interview
Application
I interviewed at Vineyard Vines (Newport Beach, CA)
Interview
Straightforward and very easy. Generic questions to gauge character and personality. Started with a phone introduction and then led to an in person interview. Verbal offer and then written offer in email.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? Where did you work previously?
One over the phone interview to get to know you a little more and set up an in-person interview. Once you are in person they look at your resume and go down the list asking you about your qualifications and how you could fit into Vineyard Vines Philosophy. Ask some questions about the history of the brand as well. Easy going comfortable environment but a little research goes a long way before.

Question 1
How do you approach and understand VV's motto of "Every day should feel this good"
Asked normal retail interview questions, definitely concerned with upholding the preppy/put-together image of the staff that they hire. Had one interview before being hired, which had a casual and nice vibe.
