Visible Supply Chain Management interview questions

Started off with a phone screen, then a 3 on 1 face to face interview in the Salt Lake office and then a 5 on 1 in the West Jordan warehouse. It went from a calming interview where you felt comfortable to downright uncomfortable with the entire team interviewing. They asked a lot of personality and situational questions like "What would you do if..." "Who would you tell if...". And as a lot of companies nowadays, will just leave you hanging endlessly after an interview not knowing anything.

Upon applying and sending resume and cover letter, I received an email within 48 hours for a phone interview. Phone interview was informative and specific. Was arranged for a in person interview and attended the same. Questions asked were very intuitive and truly worked to study the fit of myself as a candidate, especially in regards to my fit into the company culture. An excellent experience.
