The process consisted of an HR call followed by two technical interviews, first with a member of the team and the team lead and then with the head of development engineers. They seemed very keen on listening on my experiences and on the projects I have worked so far and went on to ask questions regarding OOP, .NET, Relation Databases and more generic ones. The whole process was really positive.
