Initial call with the recruiter to explain role, culture, compensation, followed by a friendly and relative informal competency based interview with the CTO and a final interview with the hiring manager.
The process was fairly quick, with good communication.
Questions focussed on understanding my background and fit for the role, and included testing my motivation for applying.
Got to the last two and after a few days had a helpful call with feedback explaining why the other candidate was offered.
Overall, a positive experience, and I would definitely consider applying for similar Mastercard or Vocalink role in the future.
