Interview
There are 6 steps:
15min interview with C Level Exec (over ran)
24 hour task which you are asked to do independently
Interview 1 - HR (over ran)
Interview 2 - Tech
Interview 3 - Senior (over ran)
Interview 4 - Very Senior (started late)
PROS
The process is quick (over within 2 weeks)
It is a remote process
They are up front about the stages and explain the process clearly
You speak to 4 different people
You get an opportunity to ask questions
There is a contact person to manage the process
CONS
The process is time-consuming & anti-social (1 interview was at 11pm & apparently could not/would not be moved)
Nobody you speak to has a background in marketing
There is no opportunity to display creativity, it is essentially one long battery of questions and answers
The structure seems both generic & experimental, it looks like they haven't hired for this role before.
The final interviewer was late, impersonal & abrupt. This was not the case in the other interviews.
