Interview
Interview process is pretty straightforward. They ask about you, your CV and what you want to get out of Volterra. Then a few mins they ask technical questions (mostly investment arbitration and PIL). In the end they will offer 22k GBP yearly (pre-tax). Most of the people you ask that have been in the firm regret going there, bad environment and ridiculously low pay.

Interview
CV and Cover Letter. Asked to interview within a week of my application. The interview was by 2 members at the firm - very relaxed and about my CV and aspirations.
