The interview was conducted with other candidates on the zoom. We were asked to review two articles about international aid and discourse. It was a pretty smooth process and the other candidates were easy to engage with.

Interview
Two interviews, which were relatively straight forward and more about values rather than experience. They are very kind and interested in how your past experience will fit into your selected post and what you will bring to that position
