Volunteers In Asia interview questions

Two interviews, which were relatively straight forward and more about values rather than experience. They are very kind and interested in how your past experience will fit into your selected post and what you will bring to that position

The interview process was, in my opinion, very relaxed. I was interviewed by the Senior Programs Director at the VIA offices on Stanford campus. Questions asked revolved around why I was interested in the position, what I could uniquely contribute to the program, and whether I had any past experience successfully navigating multicultural situations.
