very uncomplicated, via a headhunting company, nice atmosphere, nice employees, very authentic and down to earth, questions were the usual: introduction, 5 years from now, strengths, weaknesses etc. was interviewed by two people - one was the managing director who was looking for an assistant and the other was from the HR department.
