I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at W. L. Gore & Associates (Flagstaff, AZ) in Feb 2010
Interview
I was initially contacted by a recruiter for the company, and had a phone interview. Went out for an in person interview about three weeks later. The interview lasted about an hour, and consisted of the recruiter and 3 other people. Everyone was very friendly, and the interview never felt awkward like some can. They asked a lot of behavioral and technical questions. I was drawing diagrams and graphs to explain things. They would also show me medical devices and asked how I would make them and test them. It was a challenging interview, but the questions were good and the interviewers were experienced which was nice.
