It was a routine and standard interview process, typical HR questions nothing unique that was asked or off of the cuff. You would get a call from HR, come in for the interview, typically follow up was within a week or two.

Made it through several rounds of interviews and thought they went great- I was even told I would be brought in for an orientation and to expect to hear back shortly. After that, I was met with radio silence. I reached out several times to check in and never heard back again. I feel this was inconsiderate being that the interviews went so well and I was led to believe I had the job. I would have appreciated a personal response letting me know if I did or did not get the job. However, after reading all of the negative Glassdoor reviews for The Wright Center, it's clear that getting ghosted was a blessing in disguise.
