You are flown out to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and given the opportunity to network with hiring managers from all over the country. The next day you will have 3-4 interviews lasting 40 minutes each. It sounds intimidating but they provide such a great atmosphere and provide breakfast and lunch.

The interview process was pretty simple and easy. I had to take an online test (included math questions). Also I had to record an interview online using Green Job Interview. After my interview was reviewed I was invited to go to their headquarters for a face-to-face interview. Unfortunately I was not able to continue with the application process.
