I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WPP (Kalamazoo, MI) in Jan 2017
Interview
Recruiter first send me an email, wanting to setup a phone screen. She was nearly 20 minutes late on the day they scheduled the phone call. Eventually they passed my information on to the team in Kalamazoo.
The recruiter was a bit unprofessional, taking a way too long to give a response to setup an actual interview, and emails at the last possible moment. Nevertheless, got to the onsite Interview. Had 2 rounds of interview, each with 2 people. First group was 2 developers, they'll ask some OOP concepts, quiz you on web development knowledge, database concepts. Just a basic technical interview. 2nd group was more behavioral.
Interview went well. They said the recruiter would be getting back to me within 2 weeks. She didn't. 2 weeks later I followed up, no response. It's been over 3 weeks since, still no word from her.
I mean it's fine if I wasn't a great fit. I just find it rude and unprofessional that they would "Ghost" someone rather than replying with a rejection.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at WPP (Kansas City, MO) in Jun 2017
Interview
Was long but fun. The interviewers were friendly and asked relevant questions. I appreciated that the interviewers were both developers so they knew what they were asking. I was ready for a white-boarding session but I was not asked to do live coding in front of them.

Submitted my resume at career fair. Three weeks later, got a phone interview. They just asked behavior questions, no coding challenges. It takes kinda long for the result. Wish they could be more efficient.
