Interview with two managers
Was fairly standard, but seemed to have little to no structure at all
Was extremely on the fly and could have easily been better, but was not the worst by any means

Interview
The first shortlisted interview is through phone call and if you are eligible for next step, there is another interview to attend. The phone call interview took about 30 minutes in average.
