This was the most intensive interview process I've ever had to go through for a job. I went through 8 separate total rounds of interviewing that happened throughout a 3 month period. The interview process consisted of a phone call screening with a manager, an in-person interview with one manager, a phone personality assessment, an online 90 minute timed test consisting of math, problem solving, behavioral questions, etc, a full day in the office meeting with 6+ managers and interviewing for over 4+ hours, another separate interview with the DOS, another separate interview with the GM, ANOTHER personality phone assessment, and last but not least...an in person meeting with a psychologist which involves you taking another 90 minute test beforehand, a 25 minute timed test in person and over an hour of "psychological questions" asked in person (I.e. What do you parents do? What does your boyfriend do? Interesting questions..) Needless to say, after the many hours spent interviewing for this position, the psychologist found "I would not be happy in the job" and they did not extend the offer. I was extremely shocked to have gone through all of that and not receive an offer, however the manager who helped me through the process was great and I appreciated their transparency at the end. Be weary of the interview process before starting. If you're not passionate about the position, I would say it is not worth going through it all.
