I applied through college or university. I interviewed at WTW
Interview
I have entered into an OCI and the process is about 30 minutes. The questions are structured and pretty forward. Through the interview you also need to provide specific details about your experience and provide related facts.
Received an email with a link to complete a video interview recording on Hirevue, and a second email from a recruiter, asking for my salary expectations to see if my expectations were compatible with theirs (always find it funny when companies dont have a problem asking you how much you expect to earn, but wont inform you how much they actually pay). After reviewing comments and experiences here on Glassdoor about this company (reviews listed are awful, and many describe a stressful work environment and constant OT), decided not to continue with the process. Recruiter wasnt helpful when asked regarding workload and salary on their end.
After the first video interview contacted by recruiter for panel/final interview. Was advised a decision would be make in one to two weeks. It’s been two months. When I reach out to the recruiter (Tara) there was no response. The recruiter and whole company went ghost mode. Don’t waste your time
First round was an automated video interview. After that I was interviewed by several members of the team over the course of a few days. Interviews were not overly difficult, but there were lots of them so the process was pretty time consuming. The interview process focused on behavioral questions, with less attention given to practical skills. Normally they would hold the final round interviews in person on a super day, but this was done online because of the pandemic.
