I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s hiring process.
After applying, I received an automated invitation for a first-round interview. There was no recruiter, HR, or talent acquisition contact provided, so I had no one to ask basic pre-screening questions such as salary range, hybrid/remote policy, or role expectations.
I attended the first interview; the questions were reasonable, and at the end I was told I would receive feedback and next steps. It was clearly stated that the process consisted of only two interview rounds.
Three weeks later, I received another automated, no-reply invitation for the second round — again with no contact person. I had no way to clarify details or ask logistical questions. Despite this, I attended the in-person interview, which I felt went well.
After that, I was completely ghosted. No feedback, no rejection, no update — nothing. It has now been over a month, and I still have no response. The most frustrating part is that there is literally no one to follow up with, as no contact details were ever provided.
This lack of communication shows a serious disregard for candidates’ time and effort, especially after multiple interview rounds and an in-person visit. Regardless of the outcome, candidates deserve basic professionalism and closure.
I do not recommend applying here unless the company significantly improves its recruitment communication and candidate experience.
