The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WTW in Dec 2010
Interview
Campus recruiting lead to a mass onsite interview with candidates from all over the country.
Started off with them selling their brand, trying to get you to buy in to the idea that working for them would be a big deal and a good place to start/build a career.
Next they talked about their proprietary software.
There was 2 one on one interviews where you get typical behavior questions, but your talking to consultants, not HR.
There was also a group case-study and presentation at the end.

Question 1
How do you handle a situation where you have multiple projects, for multiple project managers, a shared deadline quickly approaching and you may not finish your work?
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Canada) in Aug 2025
Interview
Four round process. They are very slow in their hiring process. Most of the times they are not even interested in hiring new candidates. At least inform the candidates about the process in advance. I would not recommend actuarial analysts to apply here.
