I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WTW in Sep 2011
Interview
I applied through my university and was accepted for an on campus interview. Before my actual interview started, I was met by another actuarial student currently working for the company 10 minutes before. She asked me if I had any questions for her before the interview started. I then met with my actual interviewer, who I felt was very professional and a good interviewer. HR informed me a couple of days later that they were impressed with me during my interview with them. However, I ironically was never scheduled for a final round interview, as I guess they considered other candidates stronger and decided to interview them first. About 5 weeks after the on campus interview, HR informed me that due to the volume of strong candidates like myself and limited number of positions available, they were not able to proceed.
