Had MS test, one phone interview, and 3 department interviews. Interview was comfortable, 6-8 persons, and there were not many "template" questions which was refreshing. Be prepared to talk about yourself and ask questions.

Question 1
My questions were related to an admin position, so they were mostly interested in proficiency in software, (MS, Adobe, WebEx, and SharePoint) proofing docs, and calendar and event management.
"Processes are quick and efficient, minimizing time wasted for all relevant parties, including candidates, TA, and managers. While results may require patience, the environment remains respectful and professional, fostering a positive space for everyone involved."

The process moved at a nice pace and I was informed through the process. Communication was great and even though I did not get an offer, I would apply for another position as the process is well done.
