I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Stamford, CT)
Interview
First Round- On Campus interview, 30 minute review of resume and interests
Second Round- Found out by email that I had moved on to this phase. Four 30 minute one on one interviews in the office in Stamford. Each person you met with was interested in discussing different aspects. Some asked traditional interview questions while others had more of a conversation. All of the interviewers were very nice and easy to talk to, connected well with them.
The were a little disorganized with meeting deadlines they set. On more than one occasion they said they would be in contact with me by a certain day and they were not. I received an offer about a week after my final interview.

Question 1
Describe a time you had to explain something technical to someone
Had three rounds of interviews. I thought the questions were all straight forward and the people I’ve interviewed with are all kind. No complaints on the interview process really. I liked the interview process at lot more than most companies

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and why are you interested in this role
Online, several rounds including competency questions, case studies, group work and relaying answers within time constrains. You were supported if there were any technical issues, and they were forgiving about if your line dropped out
I applied online. I interviewed at WTW (Milan) in Jan 2026
Interview
Videochiamata su Teams con due membri del team con cui poi avrei lavorato. La posizione aperta era per analista attuariale, ramo pensioni. Sono stati gentili, anche se non ero la figura che stavano cercando.
