Two people interviewed me, one is really warm and welcoming. She used conversational style which I liked a lot, the other is stiff and annoying. She seems really bitchy and unprofessional.

Tell me a time that you have overcame difficulties in your life.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Gurgaon, Haryana) in May 2014
Interview
It included one written process, followed by 2 rounds of interview.
The first round was with the recruiter, followed by a panel interview with the manager and Sr Manager HR.
