I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Reigate, England) in Jul 2015
Interview
Lunch with current employees on the role. 1 hour competency based interview. Followed by 1 hour problem solving interview: questions included '. People very friendly, helpful and the day managed well. From an engineering background questions in the problem-solving interview were tough as lots of assumptions required, they're essentially testing how you think.

Interview
Honestly really good experience, seemed really geniune, and I really felt like the people were actually interested in me rather than simply reading off a script. Good interview the questions were nothing crazy or unexpected.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WTW (Reigate, England) in Nov 2014
Interview
Online application with generic pre-filter questions. A few easy psychometric tests; numerical reasoning and abstract reasoning, both just screening and not going very far up the IQ range. After this was a telephone interview with specific competency questions. I couldn't get past this without much experience to draw on, but I expect most candidates wouldn't have any trouble with it.
