I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Milwaukee, WI) in May 2011
Interview
There was a day long onsite interview. I met with the other analysts and went out to lunch. I was able to ask them about the day to day work and annual cycle for the projects that they do. Then I met with senior partners at the company for more behavioral type interviews. They asked me about the state of the US healthcare system and what I would do to change it
