I applied through college or university. I interviewed at WWT International
Interview
A couple phone interviews and a in person interview. The interviews were strange. They asked questions about engineering formulas which I hadn’t used since I was a sophomore. Like they asked me to tell them the euler buckling equation. Didn’t seem like they cared about my work ethic and other qualities. They only seemed to care how good my memory of certain classes was. Also didn’t spend any time talking about my experiences. I will say the head of engineering was quite proud of himself. Spent like 15 minutes talking about his accomplishment in the first phone interview.

Interview
I applied through indeed, and received an e-mail requesting a phone interview. The guy who called me on the phone was the owner. Very nice guy, seems he would be nice to work with. The problem here isn't him, it is the person who is in charge of the engineers. Young and arrogant, you can hear that cockiness in this persons voice. Your engineering education won't matter a whole lot, since they are looking for people that this person likes and has non job related similarities. Good Luck. I wouldn't want to work here.
