20 min virtual screener, had one question about my background and then spent the entire time debating a legal issue of my choice. No callback. Interviewed with a partner. Overall hard, but doable with some prep and thinking on your toes. I think I was not reactive enough to what my interviewer was asking me, instead I was sticking to my prep too much. Ghosted me for a week until I told them I had another offer, then they said I was not selected for a callback.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Wachtell Lipton

Question 1
What is a case or law with which you disagree and why?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wachtell Lipton in Mar 2009
Interview
I was recommended for the job by a former employee so my interview process was atypically short. I do not know what the typical recruiting process looks like. I interviewed with five people during my call back, three partners and one associate. The conversations were intellectual but the interviewing style was not hostile or stressful in the least bit. The topics ranged from previous legal experience to hobbies and books.
