After reading your comments, it sounds as if you’ve received some incorrect information and I apologize for that. Please allow me to provide clarity for you around our compensation structure at Walden. To be clear, we have not done a complete overhaul of our pay system. We have a salary structure in place for all positions at Walden. This structure is evaluated on an annual basis with both internal and external market data to ensure we are internally equitable and externally competitive.
