Spoke with a recruiter, had 1st interview with director of the team which was very insightful. 2nd stage was a take home data presentation task and a literacy / numeracy task which was completed at the end of a 2nd interview.

Question 1
1st interview went a lot into culture at the company (could tell interviewer cared and believed in the values of the company) while 2nd was focused more on experience and skills.
