Three stages to the interview process: online assessment, pre recorded interview and finally assessment centre with other candidates. The online assessment was pretty straightforward and the pre recorded interview asked standard questions like why the firm, why the role, why the graduate scheme etc.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Warburtons (Bolton, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
It was a really short interview. They are only interested in the level of operation, experience and usage of monitoring tools such as ControlUps and Solarwinds. There were two of them in the session.

Question 1
My level of usage of ContolUps monitoring tool. They basically just need somebody that is good at configuring all types of command center monitoring tool, especially Solarwinds and ControlUp
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Warburtons in May 2025
Interview
I applied online through the Warburtons careers site. The application was easy to complete, and I was soon invited to the next stage, which was an online assessment followed by a pre-recorded video interview.
The online test included a mix of situational judgement and basic logical reasoning questions. It wasn’t too difficult, but reading carefully and managing time is important.
After that, I was asked to complete a pre-recorded interview. This involved answering a series of timed questions on screen, where you record your responses rather than speak to a person live. The questions were focused on teamwork, problem solving, and why you want to work for Warburtons. You get a short amount of time to prepare and then record each answer.
The process was well structured, and communication from the company was clear. It felt professional and efficient.
